PLANNINGTOROCK-aka Jam Rostron-is a Bolton-born Tallinn based singer-songwriter, composer, producer, DJ and director with four critically acclaimed studio albums of brilliant queer music to their name. A self-taught, trans non-binary, working-class musician, they’ve spent over two decades queering sound and sharing visions as Planningtorock. Also in demand as a remixer, Lady Gaga, Robyn, Christine and The Queens and Romy are just a few of the artists who have enlisted Planningtorock as a collaborator. The multi talented artist who has composed music for dance works such as the highly emotive score ‘On the Cusp’ for The Cullberg Ballet, Stockholm, has worked with creative visionaries like The Knife, Peaches and Arca. They have also produced original music for fashion shows together with renowned sound director Michel Gaubert on sound tracks for high fashion houses Chanel, Kenzo and Commes Des Garcon. Most recently they released the protest track “Let’s Talk Gender Baby”

FÅGELLE
Emerging from the Nordic experimental music scene, swedish artist Fågelle is a raw collision of lyrical beauty and unhinged sonic expression. Her intricate soundscapes breathe with detail, blending fragile folkloristic passages with orchestral walls of sound, electronic disturbances, and primal, haunting vocals. Each performance feels like a ritual – a rare, hypnotic experience where the delicate meets the immense, and vulnerability transforms into power.

Following two acclaimed albums — Helvetesdagar (2019) and Den svenska vreden (2023) Fågelle now returns with a bold new project rooted in her home region of Halland, Sweden. This upcoming album marks a shift in process and place: a deep listening to the forests and villages that shaped her. Rather than nostalgia, it’s about reclaiming space and memory and transforming overlooked places into creative frontiers.
Sonically, it’s dark, textural, and atmospheric — distorted guitars, unruly drums, brass, broken electronics, and field recordings from forests, community halls, and teenage corridors of her youth, while lyrical, luminous vocals thread hope through the noise.

She has toured extensively across Europe, both solo and supporting Zola Jesus, BIG|BRAVE, and Esben and the Witch, and played festivals and venues like Roadburn, Way Out West, Berghain Kantine, Petit Bain, and more.

VEM KAN BLI PRODUCENT (who can become a producer) is Popkollo's initiative focused on music production and audio engineering. It exists to challenge and transform norms surrounding technology and the use of technical equipment. By creating a separatist and inclusive environment, we enable girls and transgender+ people to develop their skills and find identification, community, and a sense of belonging in their work as music producers.
