It is not just a set of exercises but a living science that will open up to you gradually as your mediation becomes deeper and your experience stronger and more fulfilling.

We use the simple technique from Sahaja Yoga which can help you become better balanced and better connected to yourself. Each week we go through simple meditation techniques, with guided meditations to help reduce stress and achieve the state of inner serenity. Meditation might also help you master your emotions and find solutions to your problems.

Who

Our classes are suitable for everyone of all ages, no prior knowledge or experience is required. We will not do physical exercise in the class. Chairs will be available.
